Even after we asked colleagues in between when we could order, we were only referred to another colleague responsible. After another 10 minutes we got the food. I got the wrong dish. Instead of Pesto Rosso besto Genove. I first had to explain that to the waiter who wanted to tell me it was pesto rosso (red vs green pesto). After another wait, I got the right meal when my friend had already eaten halfway. Now to the highlight, the payment: Since we both paid by card, the waitress had to add up the food and drink and then type it into the card payment device. Calculated outside, it turned out that I paid 40 cents too little. My girlfriend 10 cents too much! Somebody should wonder why you went bankrupt. Was there last time.

It has never happened to us there before that a dish was served cold. The selection of drinks also leaves nothing to be desired. The chairs are extremely comfortable and I find the distance between the tables particularly reasonable. There you absolutely don't get the feeling of dining like sardines in a can in the evening. Here you get both and: friendly and fast waiters. My husband and I are completely pleasantly surprised. We will all definitely be back.

The pastas were delicious. The portions are too small for the price. The restaurant is nicely decorated, but the lighting does not work on many tables. I will prefer owner-run restaurant in the future.

Terrible customer service. We waited for over an hour and people that came after us were served before. Would not recommend!

Had spaghetti cabonara .... too small portion for the price, only lukewarm and, in my case, very bad taste. The noodles should also not stick together. Not recommended.

I think the Corona concept with service at the table is great ... Apart from the fact that we waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken. Salad delicious as always ... Was cozy for a girls evening.

The wait staff is terribly disorganized and slow. I was hastily put down somewhere and then I was forgotten for half an hour. And before I ordered they tried to bring me food that wasn't mine. Still, no one asked about my order. In general, people are sat down haphazardly, you hardly get any information about the process and the service runs around haphazardly and there is no order of who is served when. Absolutely not recommended. If this continues you can soon file for bankruptcy again.

Shortly afterwards we ordered 2 pizzas and a large Cesar salad. The restaurant was a third full. Staff was in my opinion enough available. One could observe the delivery of the food based on the guests. This happened, as my wife said, quite haphazardly. Meanwhile it was 13:30 and I saw that 2 pizzas and a salad stood and stood and stood on the counter .... at 13:40 we got up and went to the entrance area. There were 3! People from the staff who shrugged their shoulders and commented on our complaint about the circumstances. So we left at 1:45 pm. Sorry, but there are so many good alternatives in the St. Johanner Markt area. That was nothing!

By foreigners taking over all the positions especially management, you see a fall in the quality of food and services which is very unfortunate. They got my order wrong and the employee nor the manager (an Iranian lady) did not offer an apology. Before giving these people jobs, make them attend some integration courses so that they learn the difference between Europe and their homeland. The taste of pasta varies widely from one chef to another. One puts the meat and the onions to the pan at the sametime, the other overcooks the meat. But you can't complain because the manager has nothing to offer. This is the norm in their countries.

They were allowing people to enter what th no seating available. People were pushing and moving other's items around as well as jumping from line to line. There seemed to be not enough staff available to support the crowd within the facility. Food was OK and not too expensive. At least the bathroom was alright, I've seen worse?
